Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of backend development using Ruby on Rails, experience working with databases, and the ability to collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and database optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like RSpec or MiniTest.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
