Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework. As a member of our development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  3. Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet project objectives.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  5. Contribute to system documentation and technical specifications.
  6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.

Requirements

  1. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
  2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  3. Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming.
  4. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with experience in PostgreSQL preferred.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
