Position Overview
The Backoffice/HR Assistant will support the HR Manager and CEO, and Director in routine administrative and operational tasks, including record keeping, recruitment coordination, documentation, and employee support services. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career with basic experience and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
• Post job vacancies on relevant portals under supervision
• Assist in CV screening and interview scheduling
• Maintain basic applicant tracking records
• Help prepare joining documents and orientation materials
• Maintain updated employee files and records (hard & soft copies)
• Ensure proper filing of contracts, forms, and personal documentation
• Maintain and update leave records and attendance sheets
• Provide support in preparing standard letters (e.g., warning letters, experience letters)
• Assisting the HR Manager with daily tasks
• Assist in organizing HR meetings, interviews, and internal events
• Respond to employee queries or direct them to the appropriate authority
• Liaise with candidates and team members as instructed
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Assisting the CEO and Director with daily tasks
• Making a Profile of the Candidates
• Arranging and Scheduling a Meeting on Microsoft Teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR support role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Trustworthy, punctual, and cooperative
Preferred Skills (a plus, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Rozee, and Mustakbil
• Basic understanding of Pakistan Labor Laws and HR documentation practices
