About Us:
Phoenix Travel Management Pvt Ltd is a growing travel management company focused on delivering reliable and efficient travel solutions to corporate and individual clients. We are currently hiring a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and courier
- Maintain the front desk and common office areas in a clean and organized condition
- Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
- Help with filing, scanning, and record keeping
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 0900 AM to 0600 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
