Job Summary:
E-Med Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to help us grow our client base in the Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and IT Solutions sectors.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand the healthcare business landscape, are confident in client outreach, and can effectively present our services to potential partners. You'll play a key role in driving company growth by building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Medical Billing and Healthcare IT Services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and physician groups.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions from our service portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Keep track of leads, opportunities, and deals through CRM or reporting tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to find new growth areas.
- Work toward achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in Healthcare, RCM, or IT Services.
- Basic understanding of medical billing or healthcare operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or IT (preferred).
