About the Role

Healthtrix is seeking a
seasoned Recruitment Specialist
with at least
5 years of experience
in recruiting within the
medical billing
or
healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the
entire recruitment cycle
from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding top talent for roles in
billing, coding, authorizations, and related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for RCM roles including billers, coders, AR specialists, and authorization staff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of roles and qualifications specific to medical billing and healthcare functions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer processes.
  • Stay updated on healthcare recruitment trends and best practices.

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum
    5+ years of recruitment experience
    in a medical billing or healthcare RCM setup.
  • Strong understanding
    of RCM-related positions such as medical billers, coders, AR specialists, and pre-authorization staff.
  • Proven ability
    to manage high-volume and niche recruitment simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
