Call Center Customer Sales Representative (CSR) (NIGHT SHIFT)

About the Role:

As a Call Center CSR (Customer Sales Representative), you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional customer service experience to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of Outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry / customer sales industry and build a strong foundation for their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to a high volume of outbound customer calls regarding our products or services.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely within the CRM system.
• Upsell or recommend additional products or services when appropriate (depending on the company)
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions, fostering trust and building customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information and build rapport with customers.
• Active listening skills to effectively understand customer inquiries and concerns.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including basic data entry and a willingness to learn new software.
