We are seeking a Sales Manager – 3rd Party Industrial Inspection Services to drive business growth, focusing on Lifting Equipment Inspection, NDT, Asset Integrity, WIS/WTIS, Calibration, and Third-Party Inspection (including Pre- & Post-Shipment).

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, primarily covering industrial hubs in Punjab and Sindh.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Inspection Services (Lifting Equipment, NDT, Calibration, etc.).
  • Identify and target clients in Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Fertilizers, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors.
  • Ensure client prequalification and registration with major industrial players and regulatory authorities.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and industry associations (OGRA, PSQCA, PEC, etc.) for business development.
  • Represent TUV Austria at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.

Market Intelligence & Lead Generation

  • Maintain updated data on industrial projects, upcoming tenders, and client requirements.
  • Proactively generate leads, inquiries, and opportunities with structured follow-ups.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and refine sales strategies.

Proposals & Contracts

  • Prepare tailored proposals, bids, and contracts in line with client needs and technical requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical/inspection teams for accurate costing and service delivery.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily/weekly client visit reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide monthly sales performance reviews with insights and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), especially QA/QC & Inspection services.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial inspection services, including NDT, Lifting Equipment, Calibration, and Asset Integrity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and proposal writing.
  • Willingness to travel within Pakistan for client visits and industry events.
