We're hiring a Customer Relationship Manager with:

 Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment.

 Strong knowledge of U.S. medical billing practices, terminology, and revenue cycle processes.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Experience in handling U.S.-based clients is required.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

 Proficiency in CRM tools, billing software, and MS Office.

 Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Location: Near Old Airport, Fazal Town, Rawalpindi

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
