Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airbnb / OTA Listing Manager located in the
Gardenia Holiday Homes Pakistan branch in Kamalia
. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing online listings on various platforms like Airbnb, coordinating communication with guests, ensuring accurate property descriptions, updating availability and pricing, and responding to inquiries and reviews. Additional tasks involve analyzing booking trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the visibility and appeal of the
properties in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property listing management on platforms such as Airbnb and other OTAs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and online advertising
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze booking trends and prepare detailed reports
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
