About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented revenue manager to join our short-term rental management team. This role is focused on maximizing revenue and occupancy across platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and The ideal candidate has experience in STR revenue optimization, listing management, and achieving set financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and maintain high-performing listings on Airbnb, VRBO, , and other OTAs.
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
  • Monitor competitor performance and market demand to adjust pricing dynamically.
  • Work with tools like PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or similar software for yield management.
  • Analyze booking trends and prepare performance reports to track progress against client-set revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to improve guest experience and boost reviews, ranking, and conversion.
  • Ensure all listings remain fully compliant with platform policies and city regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in short-term rental revenue management or hospitality revenue management.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, ).
  • Proficiency in revenue management tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse).
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
