A Business Analyst that can support the process of gathering and documenting requirements for complex government IT projects. Experience in system interoperability and data integration is desirable. The expert will ideally have experience of analysing and documenting interoperability use cases to define requirements for data exchange between systems. The expert must be able to analyse system data models and abstract standard elements required for data exchange and translate these into technical documentation that guides requirements for system integration.

Key Tasks:

· Collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliverables

· Translating business needs into technical specifications

· Designing, implementing and maintaining reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision-making

· Using data modelling practices to analyse findings and create recommendations for strategic and operational improvements

· Preparing detailed reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends

· Documenting use cases that define requirements for data exchange between IT systems, including the purpose for the exchange, the data to be exchanged and the protocol for the data exchange

· Creating and maintaining technical documentation required for standardising interoperability between IT systems

Qualifications:

1) Education/Training

  • Bachelor's in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

2) Language

  • English or Urdu at C1 level or above (based on CEFR levels)

3) General Professional Experience

  • 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy (demonstrated by 2 project references).

  • 2 years experience in eliciting requirements and testing.

  • 2 years experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

3) Specific Professional Experience

  • 1 years of experience working with government

  • 1 year of experience working in social protection

4) Professional experience in the country/region of assignment

  • 2 years' experience working in Pakistan as a Junior Business Analyst

  • 1 year of experience working with government social protection agencies

5) Development cooperation experience

  • 2 years experience working in development projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
