Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of digital marketing and social media distribution, including scheduling content, managing platforms, and optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement. Experience with WooCommerce is required
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful campaigns and sales generation
  • Maintain and manage multiple pages across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness, and online reputation
  • Set and track goals to ensure measurable outcomes
  • Create digital assets including social media designs, videos, and edited content
  • Write compelling copy tailored for social media platforms
  • Stay updated with viral trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and WooCommerce
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills
  • Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently as well
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of video production and editing software (Premiere Pro) is an added asset
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent storytelling abilities

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Preferred: Specialization in Digital Marketing or relevant certifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong performance record

Other Requirements

  • Active on social media with a demonstrated presence and preferably a large following
