We are a rapidly growing tech startup working across software development, AI, ecommerce, design, and automation services. As we scale, we need a strong HR Manager who has hands-on experience building teams from scratch and managing high-volume hiring.

What We're Looking For

We need an HR professional who:

  • Has worked previously in a software house
  • Has proven experience hiring complete teams (developers, designers, PMs, QA, support, etc.)
  • Can handle mass hiring and scale departments quickly
  • Can set up HR policies, SOPs, and culture frameworks
  • Has experience conducting technical and non-technical interviews
  • Can manage onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations
  • Is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all tech and non-tech roles
  • Build scalable talent pipelines for fast hiring needs
  • Create and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and processes
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with management to plan and execute team expansions
  • Ensure a positive, productive, and growth-driven company culture
  • Handle employee grievances, performance evaluations, and retention efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in a software house
  • Strong background in technical hiring
  • Experience in mass recruitment or scaling teams rapidly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
