Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female HR Manager & Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and the full recruitment cycle. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment:

  • Design and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.​

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.​
