Hamsol is offering a full-time position as a HR Assistant (Female Candidates) Only. Candidate will play an important role in the evolution of our employee recruitment process. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Networking online and offline with potential candidates will also require us to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Indeed and educational Institutes.
  • Conduct Interviews
  • Compose job offer letters, Onboard new hires and providing orientation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain meeting calendar and assist in planning appointments board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Assist in administrative task
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products-Employee Portal.

Requirement:

  • 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills are required to influence stakeholders across organization.
  • Good understanding of different job roles to headhunt.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Location:

Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13C, Opposite to Federal Urdu University.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
