We are hiring a Patient Support Representative to manage patient queries and complaints.

You will also be responsible for processing orders and modifications, and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Excellent and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (6 PM to 3 AM) — Night Shift

Post-probation, you may be eligible for up to a 30% salary increment based on performance.

Note: Our new location is Royal Plaza, Near LDA Avenue Signal, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75, Rs90,000.00 per month
