We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional with proven expertise in E-Commerce Operations and Customer Support. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple domains effectively, coordinate with teams, and drive growth across online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and deliver ROI-driven results.
  • Manage Seller Central operations including listings, PPC ads, inventory, and reviews.
  • Optimize product rankings with keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces and online stores.
  • Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams for smooth business flow.
  • Handle customer queries across channels ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Maintain brand reputation through proactive communication and escalation handling.
  • Develop reports/dashboards on campaign performance, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing and sales objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong exposure to Amazon Seller Central (listings, PPC, FBA, compliance).
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or others).
  • Experience in customer support (email/chat/phone) with excellent communication.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple verticals independently.

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Work Hours: 1:00 pm to 10 pm (Monday - Saturday)
