Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Lahore. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to resolve technical issues promptly, and effective communication with customers to provide the best solutions and support.
