Job Overview:

The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing the company's online and offline communities. The role focuses on brand presence, user interaction, and fostering loyalty among audiences across social media, online groups, and relevant digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage online communities (social media, forums, groups, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Respond to community queries promptly and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Moderate discussions, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.

2. Content & Communication

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging, platform-relevant content.
  • Share updates, product launches, events, and brand messages within communities.
  • Gather community feedback and relay insights to the internal team for improvements.

3. Brand Advocacy & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and power users.
  • Encourage community-driven content such as testimonials, reviews, or user stories.
  • Represent the brand at events, webinars, or meetups when required.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement metrics, growth trends, and sentiment analysis.
  • Prepare monthly reports on community health and engagement performance.
  • Recommend actionable improvements based on insights.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and customer support teams to ensure consistent communication.
  • Coordinate with HR or internal teams if employee engagement or culture communication is part of the scope.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in community tools (Meta Business Suite, Discord, Slack, Telegram, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive insights.
  • Must have well-reputed Marketing agency experience.

Preferred (Optional):

  • Experience in managing international communities or brand ambassador programs.
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach and content marketing.
  • Strong writing skills for social copy and community announcements.
