Executive Coordinator (Female)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support internal and external communication between teams and clients.
  • Maintain documentation and reports in organized manner.
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings and company events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination and assist in project tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to attend client meetings in Lahore along with the team

Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
