Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Store Sales Executive with over 3 years of proven success in managing and growing Amazon sales. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Amazon Seller Central operations, product optimization, and digital sales campaigns, with a track record of increasing revenue and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete Amazon store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement advanced strategies for product listing optimization, keyword targeting, and enhanced brand content.
  • Plan and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Manage promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews to maintain brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team for inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
  • Mentor and guide junior e-commerce team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central with a strong sales track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, FBA, and store analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic design/editing tools.
