
New Business Channel Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Channel Sales to drive growth for our SMD/LED, Access Control, Video Intercom, and Network Switches product lines. The role requires a strong understanding of the market landscape, building strategic relationships, and developing long-term partnerships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market visits to distributors, sub-distributors, retailers, and system integrators.
- Identify and highlight key potential partners across the region.
- Gather and analyze market insights including pricing trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key partners to increase market share.
- Support partners in business growth through joint planning, training, and product positioning.
- Ensure proper channel development for assigned product lines.
- Drive sales of SMD/LED, Access Controls, Video Intercom, and Network Switches.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and take corrective measures where needed.
- Provide actionable market insights for product and pricing strategies.
- Share regular reports on partner performance, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to forecasting and demand planning for assigned product lines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of sales/channel management experience in IT, electronics, or security solutions industry.
Strong understanding of SMD/LED, networking, and security products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
