Senior Contract Manager – Karachi (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead and manage all contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support project success through effective contract strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract administration for major infrastructure and consultancy projects.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in line with FIDIC and company policies.
  • Manage claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Provide contractual advice to project teams and senior management.
  • Oversee contract close-out and ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of proven experience in contract and commercial management within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong command over FIDIC contracts, dispute resolution, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
