Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting services, closing sales, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The position also requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Experience in customer service and sales, including handling inquiries, promoting services, and closing deals.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Previous experience in Medicare campaigns, ACP enrollments, or similar industries is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred but not mandatory.
