Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
In this role, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries while also engaging in sales-related activities such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client coordination for our UK-based clients. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, assisting with product/service-related queries, and identifying opportunities to build and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads and present company services to generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
- Record and report recurring customer issues and feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align support and sales efforts.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets as defined by management.
Qualifications
- Atleast 2 years of experience in
Customer Service

. - Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
(verbal and written). - Confident in engaging clients over the phone and presenting services persuasively.
- Good understanding of
Customer Experience Management
and client relationship building. - Problem-solving abilities
and adaptability to handle customer concerns effectively. - Proficiency in using
CRM tools
is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a
team-oriented
and
target-driven
environment. - High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred
. - Prior experience in
customer-facing or sales roles
will be an advantage.
