Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries while also engaging in sales-related activities such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client coordination for our UK-based clients. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, assisting with product/service-related queries, and identifying opportunities to build and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads and present company services to generate interest.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
  • Record and report recurring customer issues and feedback to improve overall service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align support and sales efforts.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets as defined by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and
    communication skills

  • Confident in engaging clients over the phone and presenting services persuasively.

    and adaptability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in using
    CRM tools
    is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a
    team-oriented
    and
    target-driven
    environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
    .
  • Prior experience in
    customer-facing or sales roles
    will be an advantage.
