As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Closing Manager to convert qualified leads into long-term, high-value clients.

Role Overview:

The Sales Closing Manager will be responsible for handling qualified leads, engaging prospects over calls and meetings, understanding their requirements, and successfully closing deals in the web development and design domain. While lead generation is not the primary focus of this role, the ability to identify and generate new opportunities will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Call and follow up with qualified leads provided by the business development/marketing team.

· Conduct discovery calls and solution presentations to prospects.

· Effectively communicate the value of web development and design services.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize sales.

· Consistently close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

· Coordinate with project managers and technical teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM.

· Proactively explore new business opportunities (a plus, but not mandatory).

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of proven experience in sales closing roles (IT, web development, or design services preferred).

· Demonstrated ability to successfully convert leads into paying clients.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

· Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects across different regions.

· Professional, confident, and resilient in handling objections.
