Position: Manager / Deputy Manager – EHS

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing sustainability-focused EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives/trainings across the organization. The role emphasizes developing and implementing training modules in line with ESG principles, dyes & chemicals management protocols, and circular economy practices. The position requires ensuring compliance with global sustainability standards, enhancing workforce awareness, and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and safety excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

·      Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering.

· – 8 years of relevant experience in EHS/Sustainability, preferably within the textile sector.

·      Certification in EHS / Sustainability / ESG standards (preferred).

Essential Competencies

·      Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, circular economy principles, and chemical management systems.

·      Proven expertise in designing and delivering sustainability and EHS training programs.

·      Familiarity with international standards (ZDHC, Higg FEM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

·      NEBOSH and IOSH with practical application in workplace safety and EHS management.

·      Ability to assess training needs, develop modules, and evaluate training effectiveness.

·      Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

·      Demonstrated leadership in driving sustainability initiatives across cross-functional teams.
