Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Support in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Review accounts payable, receivable, and payroll activities. Provide analytical support for decision-making and business strategies. Assist in monitoring cash flows and working capital management. Requirements: Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (ACCA, CA Inter, ICMA) preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP/financial systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
