About the Role

RapidLabs is seeking a driven and results-oriented
Account Executive
to own the
sales closing process
from qualified leads (SQLs). This role is about turning opportunities into revenue through sharp discovery, effective qualification, tailored presentations, skilled negotiation, and consistent closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to generate and take ownership of SQLs and drive them through the full sales cycle to close.
  • Conduct
    discovery calls
    to uncover client pain points, needs, and decision drivers.
  • Qualify leads to ensure fit and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Deliver
    tailored product/service presentations
    that clearly communicate value.
  • Navigate negotiations with confidence and professionalism to reach win-win outcomes.
  • Consistently close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting in CRM.
  • Collaborate with BDMs and marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and sales strategy.
  • Training, development and helping juniors to grow and learn.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in
    closing sales
    , in a
    B2B environment, ERP, custom software development,SaaS, AI, or IoT
    industries.
  • Strong track record of
    exceeding quotas
    and closing mid-to-high value deals.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Relentless drive, competitive spirit, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and value-based selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
