About Us

We're a fast-growing European distributor of smartphones selling to retail shops and online resellers. We're opening our Lahore sales office to build a high-energy telesales team focused on winning new accounts, building trust, and closing repeat business through solid systems (CRM, SOPs, KPIs).

The Role

You will own the full commercial cycle: prospect → discover → propose → negotiate → close → follow-up. You'll also help document what works (SOPs, playbooks, KPIs) so the business scales on systems, not individuals.

What you'll do

  • New client acquisition:
     Target shops/resellers across Europe via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Discovery & relationship building:
     Use open questions to understand needs, margins, and pain points; develop long-term trust.
  • Pipeline & CRM:
     Maintain clean stages, next-steps, and SLAs; forecast accurately; never let opportunities go stale.
  • Quoting & negotiation:
     Prepare PIs/quotes, handle objections (price, warranty/returns, payment terms), and close deals responsibly.
  • Risk controls:
     Coordinate KYC, payment verification, DOA/RMA terms, and insured shipping with ops and finance.
  • Follow-ups & retention:
     Set simple, easy-to-reply CTAs and follow a clear cadence to convert and expand accounts.
  • Market learning:
     Get deep into the EU smartphone community, test messaging/offer strategies, and share insights weekly.
  • Documentation:
     Write SOPs, operational manuals, call scripts, and checklists; help prototype a scalable sales system.
  • Reporting:
     Track KPIs (reply rate, qualified rate, cycle time, AOV, margin), share weekly progress and experiments.

What you bring

  • 2+ years
     B2B sales experience (electronics, distribution, trading, or similar low-margin/high-velocity environment preferred).
  • Strong 
    logical reasoning
     and problem-solving; numbers comfort (quick back-of-the-envelope math).
  • Excellent 
    spoken/written English
    ; additional EU languages (Italian/Spanish/German/French) are a plus.
  • Mastery of 
    CRM
     (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho or similar): stages, tasks, reminders, dashboards, and hygiene.
  • Sound 
    sales fundamentals
     (SPIN/NEAT/consultative discovery, objection handling, closing, and follow-up cadence).
  • Clear, concise 
    business writing
     for WhatsApp/email; you end messages with simple, low-friction questions.
  • Integrity, 
    loyalty
    , and ownership; you do the right thing for long-term trust.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with 
    EU B2B basics
     (VAT, Incoterms, DOA/RMA), and Google Sheets/Excel.
