Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The specialist will also be involved in strategic planning and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies skills
  • Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management
  • Strong knowledge of HR management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
  • Have to manage recruitment and onboarding/offboarding of new/existing employees
