We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO – Grand City
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and business initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (experience in real estate or corporate sector preferred).
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
