We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO – Grand City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft correspondence, memos, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and business initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (experience in real estate or corporate sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
