Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based (2 Months, leading to proper hiring arrangement)

Looking for Freelance Business Developers who can generate leads and bring in clients specifically for video editing services. This role is commission-based for the first 2 months, after which, based on performance, we plan to move toward a proper hiring arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the video editing niche
  • Generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or direct outreach
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in creative/video editing services)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently on a commission-based model

Compensation

  • Fully commission-based for the first 2 months
  • Opportunity for hybrid/full-time hiring with fixed pay + commission after successful evaluation
