Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Service Manager, located in Lahore. The Regional Service Manager will oversee the service operations within the designated region, ensuring the provision of high-quality customer service. They will manage and train service staff, coordinate with dealers and distributors, handle customer complaints efficiently, and monitor service KPIs. Additionally, they will conduct regular field visits to maintain and improve service standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service management and managing service operations
  • Proficiency in handling and resolving customer complaints and training service staff
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with dealers and distributors
  • Ability to monitor and analyze service performance metrics
  • Knowledge of the automotive and battery industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering,
