Job Description: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets, managing key distributor relationships, and driving market growth. This role requires a proactive leader with a proven track record in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and distribution systems to expand market reach and achieve sales objectives.
- Key Account Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor sales performance against goals, providing timely reports and actionable recommendations to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market visits, competitive analysis, and research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and team operations adhere to company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs175, Rs200,000.00 per month
