Rhodium Hotel is located in the prestigious area of G6 (D-Chowk) in Islamabad and prides itself on providing unparalleled luxury accommodations and exceptional service to all its guests. The hotel offers three categories of 29 rooms and includes dining facilities and a conference hall that can accommodate up to 60 persons.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Receptionist, located in Islamabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk operations including greeting and attending to guests, managing phone calls, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The receptionist will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills for managing administrative tasks efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests and staff
  • Customer Service skills to ensure a pleasant experience for guests
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
