Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Front Desk Receptionist
based in Islamabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and performing various admin duties. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests and callers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and admin Duties
  • Proficient in filing, organizing, and data entry
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Fresh University Graduate.
