Business Manager – Consumer
in
Multan
to lead consumer business development across all channels. The ideal candidate will focus on driving growth, ensuring profitability, implementing company SOPs, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve business excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve consumer sales and business objectives.
- Monitor and align plans with evolving business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Consumer Team to ensure KPI and target achievement.
- Analyze Consumer P&L performance and take corrective actions where needed.
- Identify growth opportunities, new services, and innovative sales techniques.
- Ensure Express Centres operate efficiently and comply with company standards.
- Conduct market analysis to track competition and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance business operations.
- Drive Value-Added Services (VAS) performance through targets, monitoring, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's.
- 5-7 years' of relevant work experience
