IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- The position of Business Support exists to provide visibility to Regional Management on KPIs of all channels as well as all hierarchical levels including Area Retail Managers, RD involve with VP in all the strategic and executional plans of respective Region.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Provide Management with weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on business KPIs and distribution KPIs IN ORDER to provide Management with complete visibility on the ongoing trends of all channels and staff.
- Inform respective Regional management about Region, sub-regional and franchise level growth and dip patterns in all KPIs, suggesting ways to VP for channel improvement.
- Retail activation and expansion plan development at regional level, hierarchy management at Franchise, ARM and RD level.
- In depth analysis of respective Regions highlighting strong and weak areas at the same work closely with VP`s on regional strategic and executional plan.
- Timely alignment of targets from Regions and sub regions. Face of region for Channel steering team. Knowledge partaking - gathering information from Channel Steering team and conveying the same to respective regional teams in the same spirit.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- Professional degree in Business Administration
Experience:
- Experience in Channel Performance of telecom or FMCG environments
Competencies:
- Sound understanding of Telco channels
- Understanding of S&D
- Channel Focus Communication
- Teamwork Planning & Organizing Analytical Thinking
