We are currently seeking an articulate and proactive
Business Development Specialist
to focus on securing projects through various job portals and freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling proposals and communicate our value effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Identify and pursue project opportunities across freelancing platforms, tailoring approaches for each.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions.
  • Negotiate project terms and coordinate with legal/finance for accurate, compliant contracts.
  • Adapt to varying project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Requirements / Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; technical degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably on freelancing platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, adaptable to changing project scopes.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and multiple freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is preferred.

Salary and Compensation:

Base Salary: 65,000 PKR - 85,000 PKR

Commission: In addition to the base salary, a commission will be provided on each sale or project secured.
