Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role located in Lahore District. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research, and analyzing data to develop growth strategies. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, communicating effectively with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques to identify and capture business opportunities
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving targets and driving growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the software development and digital strategy industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
