Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Lahore. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing budgets, training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating home care services. The Administrator will also ensure that the healthcare facilities run efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Preferably having Hospital background or Engineering background.
  • Training and staff development skills
  • Customer Service and relationship management skills
  • Experience in coordinating Home Care services
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital administration role is preferred
