Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Hospital Administrator
based in Lahore. The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, including managing hospital staff, ensuring efficient hospital management, maintaining high standards of patient care, and handling administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities include coordinating with medical staff, improving customer service, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hospital administration is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
