Role Overview
This is a part-time, onsite role. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving high-ticket sales in SaaS, software development, and IT services.
- Identifying and onboarding new clients, with a special focus on startups and scale-ups.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
- Leading the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales within SaaS, IT services, or software development.
- Hands-on experience working with startups or innovation-driven companies.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closing.
- Ability to communicate complex technical offerings clearly to decision-makers at both startups and enterprises.
- Established professional presence (e.g., LinkedIn with visible activity, strong network, relevant connections).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with agencies, dev houses, or product studios.
- Familiarity with both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Comfort with flexible working hours across global markets.
