Role Overview

This is a part-time, onsite role. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving high-ticket sales in SaaS, software development, and IT services.
  • Identifying and onboarding new clients, with a special focus on startups and scale-ups.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
  • Leading the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales within SaaS, IT services, or software development.
  • Hands-on experience working with startups or innovation-driven companies.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closing.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical offerings clearly to decision-makers at both startups and enterprises.
  • Established professional presence (e.g., LinkedIn with visible activity, strong network, relevant connections).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience with agencies, dev houses, or product studios.
  • Familiarity with both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Comfort with flexible working hours across global markets.
