Job Description: Business Development Manager- Software Sales

Location: 18-Z-J Near Madina Town Susan Road Faisalabad.

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Onsite Role)

To accelerate our expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of driving growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding our global client base.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. This position requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the software and IT services industry, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the software and IT services sector.

Develop and maintain long-term strategic client relationships to build recurring business.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Lead negotiations and close business deals effectively.

Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools; track KPIs and progress toward targets.

Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4+ years of proven business development experience, preferably in a software house or IT services company.

Demonstrated success in client acquisition and achieving/exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of software industry dynamics and ability to translate client needs into solutions.

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English (required) and Urdu (preferred).

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
