Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Recruitment Executive

to join our growing team at our Johar Town office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and assisting in various HR functions including onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in offer negotiations and issuing offer letters.
  • Maintain an organized database of applicants and track recruitment metrics.

HR Operations:

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll preparation.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing team-building and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR support, preferably in a software/IT company.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (HRMS is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
