Job Description:
Uzne London is are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations to support our HR team. The role involves managing recruitment activities, assisting in HR operations, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies within the hospitality sector.
#Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR operations and recruitment (retail experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Support daily HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
