HR Recruiter Intern – Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: On-Site
Duration: 3-Months Leading towards Job.
Stipend: 20,000 to 25,000
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, offering exposure to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Support in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Participate in campus hiring drives and career fairs.
- Provide general support in other HR functions as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment practices and HR tools is a plus.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
