The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Recruiter Intern to join our team full-time. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations, playing a key role in building and supporting a dynamic team within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations, helping to foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
  • Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and professional development opportunities to support employee growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with employee benefits programs and provide support where needed.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify job requirements and source candidates for technical roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams while ensuring professional communication.
